Cloud Storage Integration

Output Folder
Choosing to save the output to Dropbox will cause the invoice posted to your accounting system to be uploaded to Dropbox. Output path must be set in order for the invoice to be uploaded, otherwise an error message will be displayed.

Note: Please keep in mind your cloud storage settings regarding the permissions for the selected output folder. Keep also in mind that APS does not support duplicated folders (folders having the same name).
For Sage 100 ERP users, the cloud storage link within the Invoice History view differs from the one posted within the accounting system. In this case, when accessing the TinyURL link from your accounting system, you will be redirected towards the cloud storage link enlisted within APS.
Note: Sometimes the application is deauthorized by Box and the session expires, this leads to fails when uploading to the cloud storage. Please reconnect to Box when this happens.
